Pharma Science Biotechnology Research Centre (PSBRC) is well-equipped with advanced instruments catering to diverse scientific disciplines. For pharmaceutical microbiology, pharmaceutical chemistry and analysis, the centre features Laminar Air Flow, Autoclave, Incubator, Hot Air Oven, Binocular Research Microscopes, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, and Doctor Centrifuge. The biochemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry labs are furnished with SDS-PAGE, Colourimeter, Probe Sonicator, and a full range of chromatographic tools. In the biotechnology and molecular biology section, equipment includes a Gel Documentation System, an AGE Electrophoresis Unit, a High-Speed Centrifuge, and standardised micropipettes (Thermo Scientific). For food analysis, the lab consists of a Soxhlet extractor. Additionally, PSBRC houses specialized infrastructure like an Inverted Microscope, Sonicator, and liquid nitrogen storage, enabling high-end research and training.
